When a control module is replaced, it usually has to be programmed or coded to the vehicle before it will work. For years the answer was to tow it to the dealer, wait, and pay a premium. We do that programming right here, for most makes, without the dealership markup or the wait.

Do I really have to go to the dealer for this?

Can you program a used module from another car?
In many cases yes, through programming, coding, or cloning depending on the vehicle. Some modules are locked to a VIN and need specific handling. We will confirm before committing.
