About Dynamic Diagnostics
Dynamic Diagnostics is owned and run by two partners, Justin Sonick and Jordan, who do the diagnostic work themselves. When you bring us a problem, you are dealing with the people who will actually solve it.
The shop exists because of a gap both of us kept running into. Most shops are set up for maintenance and common repairs. When a problem is intermittent, electrical, or buried in a control module, it gets guessed at, handed back, or sent to the dealer. We built Dynamic Diagnostics to be the place that takes those problems on.
How it started
I have always had a passion for troubleshooting problems, ever since I started working on cars 18 years ago. I realized fairly quickly that there was a huge void in our industry when it came to accurately and efficiently diagnosing and repairing complex issues in cars. This is why I decided to build a business around specializing in the very thing that so many shops fall short of.

Today that focus is the whole operation: finding the real cause of a difficult problem and having the tools and knowledge to actually fix it, whether that means programming a module, repairing a circuit board at the component level, calibrating a driver assist system, or scoping a network fault.
